We had an issue with our connection on a Friday night. On a cold Feb. night in Cache Valley ya just want to stay in where it’s warm and watch some TV. I knew it was after hours so thought I’d just leave a voice mail and hope for a call back on Monday. I was pleasantly surprised to actually get an after hours call from Mitch asking me what he could do to get us up and going again. Mitch gave us some tech. suggestions and within 20 minutes we were back in business. We were very happy and impressed with their prompt and pleasant service!! 👍 Thanks Mitch !!!

I was/am *very* excited about the upgrade from Astound's cable internet to Advanced Stream's fiberoptic service! I am happy to say that the combination of new fiberoptic hookup and 'net hardware suggested by the AS team is functioning very well, and easily achieves 500+ download speed with an ethernet connection. (Still an impressive ~200 down on WiFi; outside even!) What made this upgrade all that much better is that the gentlemen that came to install our system were on time, knowledgeable, and friendly! If this early experience with AS is anything like what we can expect in the future, we're very much looking forward to it! Well done!
Mitch Shook is a gem! He has been so willing to help anytime my non-tech background has a question. Mitch has never failed in correcting whatever problem I may have. Providence residents are so fortunate to have Mitch within arm's reach!
This is kind of Internet service provider everybody wants, but so few have. I had an issue setting up my account which was a user error and they got on the phone with me and not only walked me through my problems, but checked every other thing with my connection and took the time to make sure I was thoroughly please before signing off, I wish all companies ran this smoothly and efficiently. I would recommend this company to anybody and everybody looking for an Internet service provider that can provide fast speed at a reasonable price.

The internet is fine. The TV service is comically bad. All channels have been down three out of the last twelve days. Their customer service doesn’t respond to emails either.
Ditch Xfinity and get Beehive Broadband! I couldn't stand Xfinity always raising my prices and horrible customer service, so when I moved I would have taken anyone else. Decided to go with Beehive and it worked fine for about a year (I should let you know I use my own router). I called in one day because my devices kept dropping and I wanted to know if it was anything on there end before I bought a new router. Alex could have unnecessarily upsold me on their router, or upgraded me unnecessarily to a gig of speed and I wouldn't have thought anything of it. Instead he troubleshoot my system (again not his router, not his responsibility) and found my router was "band steering." I had no idea what that was. Fixed the problem FOR FREE. I was prepaired to spend $200 and o couldn't be more pleased to have such expert service from their baseline employees. Not to mention us both having English as our first language was a major plus when dealing with such complex issues. Excellent service. I have never seen better from any internet service. Beehive is the best service we've ever had. The customer service is awesome. Dylan went up and beyond getting wifi to my laptop. He worked way past his quitting time and then followed up to make sure everything was working.
Only reason I'm giving 5 stars is for my Tech Emmy!!!! Can I just say how amazing she is. I was getting kicked out of my work computer almost hourly, she came worked her magic and so far, it has been so much better. Thank you Emmy, for your amazing service.
I have been extremely Happy with the Service provided by Beehive Broadband. From the installation to the activation of the service, it has by far exceeded my expectations based on the fact that I had Xfinity for years. It’s a night and day difference and I highly recommend it. I’m glad I made the switch and I’m Completely satisfied at this time.

My Internet went down on Saturday night. Turns out it was my equipment. I called Saturday night and left a message. By the time I called Monday morning, as soon as they opened, Mike already had a solution and new equipment is on it's way. Almost 11 years with Brigham Net, and I think I will continue with them. Awesome customer service.
Would give zero stars if I could. I spoke with the same person twice and each time his tone of voice sounded irritated and condescending. He was completely uninterested in helping I had some issues with this company and was able to have an excellent conversation with the owner. He called me and was very respectful, answered my questions and genuinely wanted to resolve the issues for his business. He followed through with the things he said he would do and I was so impressed with how he handled all of it. He did not make or ask for any commitment of our return to his company, just really wanted to fix the problem and understand what had happened. Thank you for taking the time and being a concerned owner who cares about the customer.
Utopia internet is fantastic when it works. However, since Brigham Net is my gateway to Utopia--I expect them to step up on the rare occasion that Utopia has issues. I reported an outage early in the afternoon, received no follow-up and they provide no after hours phone number. This was only the 2nd time in 4+ years that I have required their assistance and they failed me both times. Maybe it's time to choose a different provider... Follow-up. A tech did respond to my after hours voice mail and helped resolve the problem. I'm still not sure why they didn't do that during normal business hours. My voice mail reached the owner, who apologized and helped smooth things over the next day.
I had a question about getting a new router I wanted to make sure it would work first. Can was awesome I sent him a picture of it and he verified everything would work and responded on the weekend and after hours very quickly. 100% would recommend them I've been with them since the beginning. Utopia was supposedly unbelievably fast! Maybe its just the provider?!? “Brigham.net” but since we’ve had it “1month” we’ve lost internet service 3 times. It’s fine when we have it but to us. It’s just the same as xfinity just seemed cheaper... but now we’re out of contract with xfinity we can lock into another 2 year deal for the same price and we never lost internet service with them.

They have always been great to work with. I have called a few times to change payment method, upgrade service and more recently, report that I was having issues with my service. The radio dish that they attached to my house had fallen off and was pointing at the roof. Bert and Abdiel got it all fixed up within two hours of my phone call to set the appointment. Highly recommend.
Great day time service scheduling. The techs are always knowledgeable. The internet speed is really good in our remote area. Just need an easier way of getting after hour tech support.
We recently updated out internet service here in Garden City. Options are limited here in the valley and CentraCom helped us out in as timely of a manner as possible considering our situation. The technicians were helpful, courteous and very respectful to our home and to us. Thanks for the nice service.
I was having difficulty downloading apps and called CentraCom to see if they could help me solve the issue. That same day a technician was sent to my house and he was able to determine that the router that I have was faulty. He installed a new router that is much more powerful and does a wonderful job. I appreciated all of the advice he gave me and he even came back several days later just to see if everything was working okay. Centracom is a very customer service oriented company that I truly appreciate.
We received help the day we called and the tech was unable to help us. The next day, another tech came and was able to fix the fire stick problem. We appreciated the extra effort to help us!

Their customer service is horrible. My elderly parents have had outages that last 4-5 days and they say they've filed a ticket but no action has been taken.. they have no urgency in finding solutions. Helping them find a new provider. Do not recommend
I pay for 90mbps each month and the internet speed fluctuates minute to minute, often hovering at 20. Customer support is nonexistent and they are unwilling to even look into the issue. In some areas of Lehi (including mine) this company is the ONLY internet service option. They know customers have nowhere else to go and they treat us accordingly. I never would have moved to the area if I knew I was going to be stuck without reliable internet access. If you have ANY alternatives for providers, you would be wise to pursue them.
One of the easiest business network providers I have ever dealt with. Pros: Simple Account Number Direct and Quick Customer Service Technical support Got it right during provisioning, first time. No outages - consistent uptime, latency, accurate bandwidth provisioning. Cons: Their footprint is limited, but they tell me it's getting better with First Digital. Can't speak to them, but I would hope it's as good as Veracity.
Horrible service! The apartment complex I live at in Provo contracted Veracity to provide internet. Last year, during midterm’s time we were 3 days without internet, and now today, as we’re in finals week our internet randomly stopped working again. In both occasions we’ve tried troubleshooting our router and that’s not the problem. Last time they came they said the problem was in the connection on the wall. Once again, this morning, we called Veracity to report the internet problem, and first they said they couldn’t give us a timeframe to solve the problem. Later today they said they couldn’t come until tomorrow. Our apartment complex (Moon River) charges us a communications’ fee of $75, however when contacted they claim there’s nothing they can do to speed up the process of fixing the internet. Same thing happened last time we asked for their help. I should also mention our internet constantly and randomly stops working. Most of the time I have to use my phone data. Stay away from Veracity and any complex that contracts them as an internet provider!!
I don’t think I’ve actually experienced an internet provider as terrible as Veracity. Their customer service is horrible, they take forever to answer questions or get back to you. They scheduled my internet installation for a week ago but they never actually installed it or even attempted. I’ve called every day since the installation date and every single time their reply is “well we ran into some complications, we don’t have a time frame, and you’re not allowed to speak with the technicians.” Nothing will ruin your day more than dealing with veracity. Lehi city needs to add more providers ASAP cause Veracity is definitely not it

Horrible customer service. Rather than troubleshooting they blame customer equipment for not being able to provide the speeds paid for. When I asked to discontinue my services at the end of the month, they disconnected me with a few days left and I could not sign up for another Utopia provider. They left my homeschool kids in the dark without access to their curriculum. 6 years of blaming my router, Ethernet cords, devices etc when I always got half the speed I paid for. When I would contact tech support I would get attitude and long pauses designed to get me to close the help chat or hang up the phone.

After Karl helped me understand upgrading to a more powerful VPS Cloud 8GB Cloud Server, from a shared plan, our site speed is lightening fast. Not only is site speed beneficial for those searching, but Google promotes those sites with faster load speeds. Promoting sites with faster load speeds equates to higher serp ranking. Proper server requirements is a direct part of SEO, many times overlooked. Those at Fibernet keep you up-to-date, how well your site is performing on the web. Therefore, have to give the entire staff of Fibernet 5 stars, now having a Ferrari fast server, everyone else will enjoy as well.
I've been collocating with Fibernet since 1996 before opening my own web hosting business. Lane and Lee have been super to work with and care very much for their customers. Providing top notch services and equipment, I appreciate their commitment to state-of-the-art growth and progressive attitude. Back in '96, they were growing so fast that the only space left for my server was a closet! They were very attentive to the temperature, security and general conditions of the space. One day I walked in to a scad of fans circulating air. Shortly after that they built the now standing complex, which has been highly professional and up to date. Their rates are super competitive and they are more than fair. We have bounced around on various plans, adding and removing, depending on the need and customers I serviced. I've looked at other collocation sites and services, even worked for one once, and have been appalled at the rates they all charge. They have other types of IT services as well as professional services like office space and reception for rent. Need hosting? Talk to Fibernet first.
We have been very pleased with our Silver Managed Services from Fibernet. They are responsive to our concerns and have a customer-first attitude. In addition, they are great at being proactive with recommendations to continuously improve security and performance. Knowing they are on top of what they do gives us peace of mind to focus on what we need to.
We have been using the Fibernet for the past several years and have had a great experience. The team has always been very helpful and responsive. The team also assisted in our web site redesign and did a very nice job with a new and fresh look for our company. I set my browser to my company home page and have never seen an outage.

Had a great experience with Fusion. Steve (owner) came and explained options and future plans (fiber in the next year which will be great). Jayden came out the next day and installed the routers and got us set up. I appreciate Jayden walking me through the app, set-up process and answering all my questions. He did a great job. I appreciate the excellent pricing and the no contract concept. I like it when a company stands behind their product. I tested the system on phones and laptops on the main floor and basement. No issues with speed or connectivity (we did have a second router installed in the basement). Tried it behind closed doors and every room with no issues Great service - highly recommend Fusion Networks
I recently had Utopia Fiber come out to my neighborhood and install fiber optics in the area. I decided to check their service providers and came across Fusion Networks. They seemed like the best option since my wife and I run a small family business, so I gave them a call. Not only did they have the best pricing, but Steve was also very knowledgeable and helpful with the steps needed to activate the service. Steve reached out as soon as he got confirmation from Utopia Fiber stating that their work was done. Within an hour, we had everything up and running. If you are looking for an honest and great company to work with, look no further. Thanks again Steve!

Jayden and Logan did such a fantastic and professional job installing our Internet and making the entire experience a delight. They were courteous, friendly, very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to point out the best router to buy. We were with Xfinity before and just hated their non existent customer service. So happy to be working with a local USA company who cares about us and our business. I spoke with Steve at the beginning who bent over backwards to help us ASAP and even went to lengths to put us on the right track to finding a cell phone solution which we also had in the evil hands of Xfinity who have gotten too big for their britches, outsources their support to India who comprise of people who don’t know how to care or go to bat for their customers anymore. Again we couldn’t be more delighted to be with Fusion and to wash our hands clean of Xfinity who has caused us so much heartache and frustration in our lives. I highly recommend signing up with Fusion especially if you’re local. We’ve been using the 75 mbps plan for a couple days now and it works perfectly for all our personal streaming needs, watching movies on our tv and iphones. I also run a small business at home meeting with clients on zoom and working heavily on the computer each day and see it’s working great as well! I thought the lower bandwidth would affect our streaming compared to the 1gig at Xfinity but not at all. Apparently I was paying for overkill at Xfinity. The onboarding process with Fusion was super simple. Jayden and Logan gave us a nice surprise gift card at the end of their work which impressed us even more.
Fusions representative Steve was amazing help in getting my connection issues resolved. He was patient and knowledgeable in how to resolve my double NAT Issue involving my Xbox console.

Internet connections and phone service are important for me and my business. InfoWest makes me a priority and helps me believe that they really do work for me, rather than the other way around. When it comes to connectivity, security, reliability, access to real people (via phone or in-person) and just downright friendliness, you get what you pay for... and InfoWest makes paying my bill easy. They pick up the phone when I call. They resolve problems with relative ease and they are quick to find ways to lower my bill rather than find ways to make it higher. Thanks InfoWest!
Had problems so I call tech support they said I have a bad router went the next day and got new router from them still not working so they troubleshoot and find the dish is out and needs alignment. They can’t get out for 3-4 days. That is unacceptable when I run a business and need the internet connection. Wish their customer service was better. I have always liked them and had great experiences until now. I think they are too big of a company with not enough help. If you’re consistently that far out for repairs get more help!!
We waited several days for our internet to be restored, that part was difficult. Iron county has been hit hard with severe rain storms and wind. Steven the technician that made the repairs was so helpful and very good. We appreciate him repairing our service and his knowledge and suggestions on improving it. Thank you Steven.
After having the tech come out 2 different times for installation he still never had the right equipment to do an install. Tried telling me my property management had to have their maintenance crew install for me. I'm an online student and needed the internet quickly. After 3 weeks of going back and forth I chose to use a different company and had no issues
We live out in the country and this is really the only company we can use. I love the price, but we have little to no signal a lot we just use our phone data instead of the wifi. The cord from the dish to our box was leaking water so they told us we needed to buy a new one do to the water damage.

Best internet provider I've ever had. Also, amazing customer service. I haven't seen such great customer service in a long time! The speeds are fast and the 1 time (bad weather) my internet went down they had it fixed in our community within hours. They even call you personally to followup to make sure things are still running smoothly. Patricia is a great customer service advocate for them as well. She was very thorough and helpful in providing clear information, she was patient with me and had a great persona!

The installers came and installed my antenna and have been getting a very good signal. They explained the specifics about where the best signal would be. I was so glad they were able to pick up a good signal especially with the very tall trees all around my house and land. They hooked everything up and it worked perfectly. The installers were very courteous and did a great job. I live east of Caldwell, TX in a very rural area. My install was July 10, 2024. Thank you for sending great hard working installers. They make your company look great! 😁
Update: thank you for your quick reply. My service was installed on 7/3/2024. Your installer spent hrs at my residence, switched out the radio on my antenna 3 times in an effort to determine the source of the issue with low throughput. He ruled out all of the local issue like line-of-sight, radio, antenna, feed into the house. He was thorough, methodical and professional in his diagnosis. On leaving he declared that the tower equipment was to blame. The tower/relay in question is one that services the Elk Falls neighborhood in JeffCo. He made notes in my account of the issue and relayed the issue to "the tower team" and gave no est for when it would be repaired. So, this throughput issue has already been diagnosed by your own installer. The service is not always slow but it's slow often enough that you can't rely on it for work. It's been that way since my installation date. I've heard the same complaint from my neighbors. You know my name, my subdivision and the install date. If you're interested in addressing the issue, please followup with your own installers and verify the proper operation of your tower equipment before sending me down the rabbit hole of contacting technical support folks that have less access to diagnosing the issue than the installer guy. Thank you and good luck. Original note: I'm paying for 50Mb/sec service. I've never measured a speed greater than 28Mb/s. Many times throughout the day I measure 6Mb/s and sometimes the speed test just fails. The service is unusable at 6Mb/s. Please fix the equipment that is not working correctly on your tower. I'm not the only account affected.
Great installation experience. Very professional and truly cared about providing a quality installation. HOWEVER, our experience so far with the connection is not very good. CANNOT utilize the connection for Microsoft "Teams" meetings - not enough consistent bandwidth. Even streaming DirecTV is "hit and miss"; haven't watched a single thing over the past week that at some point didn't freeze to buffer. Not impressed...
Rise Broadband never ceases to disappoint when the service goes down. For the past 2 days, my service has seen drastic decrease in speed to the point of simple emails would not load. Called the “Technical Service” and the only answer I received was “we are aware there’s an issue and will address it.” Yes! I know there is an issue, but I want to know if there is an estimated time for the service to come back and I was told they do not know. Well…that was extremely helpful. When I asked if they have communications with the field technicians and was told the “technical service” department does not have the ability to talk to a field technician. I then asked to speak with the department who has the ability to talk to a field technician and my request was denied. I have been a Rise customer for 7 years plus. I have wireless internet, which is slower than fiber but more expensive. I do not have a choice since I am rural. But I do use it for work and the answer “yes, we are aware there has been a problem, but no, we don’t know when you will get your service back” is not acceptable. Every time Rise Broadband goes down, I had to fight the same fight and get the same excuses and it is getting tiresome and frustrating. The basic customer service, that an acceptable answer is provided to the customer seems to be lost in Rise Broadband. I sincerely hope this company can improve on its customer service and responsiveness.
Terrible customer service. Can't get ahold of anyone. Their wireless broadband service is spotty at best. Can only get 50/5 mb in Pleasant View City, UT. On hold with tech support for over 30 min waiting for someone to pick up. And you can forget about emailing someone in customer service. That email doesn't exist. Also, there is no link on their website or in your account portal to deactivate/cancel your account. My company will use Utah Broadband next time we need this kind of service.

We have had a great experience with SenaWave! Their customer service was very impressive and they were great at communicating throughout the whole installation process. The internet service has been wonderful as well.
Amazing customer service! We've called in to set up our internet, and then again a few months later when our internet was shut off (our fault, not theirs). The customer service reps I spoke to were so patient and kind! They helped get our issues resolved quickly so we could quickly get back online. Not only that, but their prices are very reasonable. We have been super happy with their service!
Senawave has been awesome since its been installed in my house since the end of May 2024, before Senawave, Comcast is what I had for years, to get a ok price I always had to renew with a three year contract. That ok price was over double of Senawave with 1 tenth of the speed. When Senawave came around letting me know it would be coming to my neighborhood soon, I was stoked. So on March 1, 2024 my contract with Comcast was done, and you can be darn sure I wasn’t about to do another 3 year contract, or any contract to be honest, so all of a sudden my bill just about doubled, so I called to see what I could do to lower the bill till Senawave came to my house. The best they could do was there lowest plan without a contract which was 50 Mbps and around $125 a month with there modem rental, are you kidding me? I almost cancelled them on the spot but my wife wouldn’t go for it, so I just paid it, patiently waiting for Senawave to get to my circle. When it finally arrived Senawave was 20 times faster and less than half the price of Comcast and I couldn’t wait to call Comcast to cancel. So now it’s been amazing to have Senawave as our Internet provider and we have not had any problems at all, I would recommend Senawave to anybody who wants super fast Internet speeds with great prices, and that’s no joke. They rock! Thanks Senawave! Plus just a side note, I was loyal to Comcast for probably 10 to 15 years are as soon as Comcast became available in my neighborhood! But even with all my loyalty to them, they showed no mercy to a guy that won’t do a contract. I’m so glad to not be given anymore funds to Comcast and others I know think Comcast is going woke, and some time ago a Chinese Uber driver once told me, go woke, go broke? So here’s to a great relationship with Senawave for many years to Come!
I've lived in my apartment for a year and use Senawave for internet. Their customer service has been great! I had to call a few times, including recently to change my plan after the ACP program ended. The rep who helped me this time, Sara, was awesome. We got disconnected, but she called me right back! She understood what I needed and made the whole process really easy. Thanks Sara!
SenaWave has been fantastic. I'm a programmer by trade, so I need fast and reliable internet. Our neighborhood was previously stuck with few choices, and all had issues. This company, OTOH, has been reliable and responsive and fast. One example: when the installers brought fiber to my home, I asked them about the network architecture and lines through the neighborhood. They gave decent-enough answers. But then the next day, I got a call from the lead engineer at SenaWave. He went into great detail about the tech they had laid in our neighborhood, including specific protocols, fiber types, hubs, etc. It was amazing for him to take the time. Easy 5 stars.

Denny with Sumo Fiber support was absolutely outstanding. He was extremely professional and was able to help me solve the problem that I had, which in reality wasn't even a problem with my service. It was me. I was the problem. He never said it, he took all the information and days worth of testing I provided and took every logical step that he could. He did not rush me off the phone, when we got stumped he asked good questions that eventually led to me finding out the issue. I have been an IT Engineer for going on 15 years and sometimes even other IT guys need someone just to sanity check their work. After todays experience. I would back Denny up in a Bar fight without hesitation.
I tried to get into my SUMOFiBER account for at least 30 minutes. Failure6times. So I called and a nice young man by the name of Denny helped me reset my password and get in. Thank goodness he was so knowledgeable and pleasant 👍 Thanks Alic Sidwell

If I had an option for Zero stars I would. These guys are just a bunch of scammers. Watch the contract you sign. And if you ever get evicted make sure you cancel your subscription and have physical copies of it. Not just a call to their customer support. The best part of them is, they flaunt the money they had garnished from me when I couldn’t afford to feed myself in the first place due to an eviction, THEY BOUGHT A HOT AIR BALLOON. Real good use of the money you essentially steal from people. The internet shouldn’t be throttled but like they ABSOLUTELY do. Oh and when I commented on the hot air balloon post they BLOCKED me! WOW, didn’t know your Socials were also ran by children. I didn’t even use any profanities. Anyways, if you trust your money with a company that doesn’t reinvest into themselves and is just wasteful with their revenue. By all means support them. But if you like to know your HARD EARNED money is actually going towards the better of a company, then support someone else.

Their support staff sucks!! I called and waited on hold for over 30 minutes for their support guy to tell me they have no idea when it will be fixed and that he will send me an email. No attempt to make the situation right, no estimate on when it will be resolved. Just an indefinite wait, but hey, they will send an email.. They don't listen to you and just keep talking along their "script" and then he hung up.
I worked with Voonami for over 10 years to host our Fishbowl Inventory software on a small dated server. It was not the quickest, but that may have been the plan I was on. The service was fine and problems would get resolved promptly. But be weary of the annual contracts. As it stands, they only release you from your contract if you provide 90 days notice prior to the upcoming annual renewal. There is no lee-way whatsoever, no matter the reason for needing to part ways or length of the working relationship leading up to any move away. The contract simply renews for a year and you're on the hook for the balance, no matter where you are in that contract. I'd consider comparable companies that provide month to month subscription options and/or those that have a more reasonable stance on releasing you from your contract based on unforeseen circumstances.
Enterprise grade residential internet. I run servers from my home and it works flawlessly. Best. ISP. Ever.
UTOPIA Fiber
We chose WiFi Pros for our service provider for Bountiful Fiber. They have been amazing to work with! They are very knowledgeable and they help you in every step of the set up and switch over process. We highly recommend using them. We are very happy with our new internet speeds. They have an app you can use to manage your devices that has great parental controls as well. They're locally owned and operated as well so they are truly invested in their customers and the quality of their service.
Joe and Zann are fantastic. Got the whole system installed in a day and they were efficient and honest. It’s been a few months and I called yesterday on Saturday and not only did they answer they got me troubleshooted and back running. Couldn’t recommend more.
After months of Xfinity internet going out almost daily I had finally had enough. I called a couple fiber companies and asked if they could come out for a consultation they all said that they didn't do that. I called Utopia and told them I wanted to switch to fiber but I was not going to make the change until I got to consult with someone who could answer my questions. They said that there was a company they had recently started working with call WiFi Pros who came out for an initial consult. I made an appointment with them and Joe came out the next day. He was fantastic and so personable. Joe answered everyone of my questions and taught me a lot about the whole history of fiber. Most importantly he did not try to oversell me on anything. I was ready to pull the trigger on two modems for my house. One for the living room and one for the bedroom. He actually talked me out of that and suggested I just go with one and then add on later if needed. I felt so confident in his knowledge and overall professionalism that I set up service that day then called Xfinity and canceled my service with them. I'm paying less now and getting speeds I never came close to with Xfinity. Really happy with my switch and Joe and his company WiFi Pros were very instrumental in that. No brainer, don't call anyone else. If you are contemplating Fiber call WiFi Pros, you will not regret it.
Joe & Zan were great to work with. They helped me get fiber networked through my entire townhome and made it look way better than I could have ever done it. When it comes to internet and WiFi, they truly are the most knowledgeable and helpful pros. I would highly recommend giving them a call for any of your internet / networking needs.
Joe was our WiFi Pros technician and it was the best computer/internet experience we have ever had! They accomplished what they said they could accomplish. His high degree of service and extent of explanation is a rarity and no one in this entire area does what they do, partly because they have more education and knowledge of systems and technology.They vastly improved and upgraded our entire system without any kind of installation mess or tries and fails before they got success. They even cleaned up the left behind mess created by other big name internet providers. We now have blazing internet speed, latest technology and properly connected hardware hookups without dangling wires and messes all over the place. Joe and his company did it right and we have never been this happy. What we saw and are experiencing are mind boggling and we are extremely happy with the outcome. To say that they are head and shoulders above everyone else we have ever used would be a huge understatement. We have been exposed to dozens and dozens of different internet services over the years and we have never had this type of outstanding result before. Tony G.

XMission is a great help, I had an issue arise around the transition time from my current provider to them and as soon as I brought the issue to their attention they were working around the clock to fix it. I am quite impressed with their handling of the issue and prompt resolution (coming from someone with IT and Software Engineering background). They are very personable and caring for their customers, which was nice to see that they treat all their customers this way. When I went in person to pick up a device for the resolution, they kept me well informed of the progress for the device (as I had moved up the timeline I needed it by, again very thankful for their support). I was able to get a tour of the data center and office, which was a nice touch, and good feeling to know that moving forward once the transfer is complete our internet and phone lines are in good hands. They are awesome. I had a situation and couldn't pay all of the bill. They worked with me about my situation and got my bill down. Communication definitely works with this company. I am impressed. ( The service, even the lowest, is better and more reliable than xfinity..... )
One of the best decisions I’ve made to make our lives a little easier is leaving Xfinity for Utopia & XMission. XMission was recommended by another friend that works remotely and couldn’t speak of them highly enough! My experience has been the same; their support/customer service is second to none and pricing is reasonable. I am 7 months in and have never experienced a slow down or outage. I highly recommend XMission for an ISP!
I've had XMission for the last 4 years and the service has been great! I've only had a single episode of downtime on my home connection, which they had great communication about through their service status page and Twitter accounts. The speed has always been as advertised (900+ gbps down/600 gbps up) on my fiber connection, and the price is better than the competition in this area by far.
We just barely switched over our service from Xfinity to these guys, and to say it has been amazing service is an understatement. I would highly recommend to all friends and family, my family all loves it especially the gamers in our house. Thank you Xmission!
