HOA’s

Thank you for your interest in bringing UTOPIA Fiber to your community. Since most HOA communities are located on private roads, we cannot build or service the homes in that area unless the HOA board allows us to. If you live in an HOA community, or even better, if you’re on the board of an HOA community, please fill out the form below and we will reach out to the HOA directly to go over options. If you live in a participating member city, having us build out your community will cost nothing to the HOA.
