Another month has flown by, and so many exciting things have happened here at UTOPIA Fiber! It’s been a productive month for footprint releases, and we have an exciting announcement about our subscribers count this month! Keep reading to learn more about the things we’ve accomplished this month.

*drumroll please* We are ecstatic to announce that we have officially reached 50,000 subscribers on our network! This is a huge accomplishment for our team, and we can’t wait to see that number continue to grow as our network expands! 

We asked and you answered! We are excited to share with you the results of our 2022 customer satisfaction survey! We appreciate all of our customers who responded and helped us better understand what we are doing well and how we can do better! Read more about the results here. 

We have a new addition to Team UTOPIA this month! Join us in welcoming Kaden Fichter to the UTOPIA Fiber team as our new Network Engineer.

Footprint releases 

This month has been a big one for footprint releases! This month alone we have added an additional 1,126 addresses that can connect to our network! 

Here’s a breakdown of that number:

In Syracuse, we released phases 4, 5, and 6 of footprint SY007 totaling 670 addresses in Syracuse that can now connect to our fiber network. 

In Pleasant Grove we completed phases 3 and 4 of footprint PG003. These phases together added another 456 addresses in Pleasant Grove that can connect to our network.
