Spring is officially here and even though the weather’s not heating up quite yet, progress on our network definitely is! We are super excited to share with you what everyone at team UTOPIA Fiber has been working on this month! Keep reading to see everything we’ve been up to this month.

Announcements

We welcomed two new additions to the UTOPIA Fiber team this month! We have Jaxon Thompson joining us as our new Customer Service Representative and Sarkawt Berzenji as our new Field Service Technician!

Exciting news for all West Haven Residents, we have officially released build-out timelines for your city! You can check our Buildout Timelines page for updates on when you can expect your address to be ready for connection! Check them out now!

We are super proud to announce that we are now one of the highest-rated internet providers in Utah with a 4.6 Google rating! This is a huge accomplishment for our team, and we couldn’t be prouder of all of our employees! They have put in the time and dedication to providing the best internet and service to all our customers! Check out our Google business page to read our reviews!

Footprint releases 

This was an exciting month for Syracuse with a total of 958 addresses being connected to our network! We completed phases 1, 2, and 3 of SY002, phase 4 of SY004, and phases 3 and 4 of SY006. 

We’ve also made some more progress in Pleasant Grove! Phase 5 of PG005 was completed this month connecting 155 addresses in Pleasant Grove!
