October has come to a close and the only thing spooky about it is all the exciting announcements we have to share with you this month! From the results of our customer feedback survey to exciting news about our subscriber count, we have a lot of exciting news to share with you today!

We are super excited to share that we have officially reached 60,000 subscribers across all of our networks! This is a huge milestone for us, and we can’t wait to keep growing and connecting even more communities with the fiber-fast internet they need!

We asked and you answered! The results from our 2023 Customer feedback survey are in and we can’t wait to share the results with you. Here are a couple of our favorite highlights:

1. 71.55% of our customer said that their communities have improved significantly with UTOPIA Fiber.
2. 93.38% of our customer value the ability to choose their internet service provider on our open-access network.
